Lindor Extra Dark is a premium dark chocolate confection from Lindt & Sprüngli, featuring a dark chocolate shell (approximately 55‑60% cocoa solids) surrounding an exceptionally smooth, melting truffle filling. Each piece (stick or ball, approximately 10‑12 g) provides 55‑65 kcal, 4‑5 g fat, and 4‑5 g sugar – significantly less sugar than milk chocolate variants. For the cardiologist, endocrinologist, and dietitian, Lindor Extra Dark serves as a lower‑sugar, flavanol‑rich option for cardiovascular support, glycaemic management, and cognitive enhancement.
